Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a Support Worker for Fife Services to help adults with complex disabilities live independently in their own homes or supported living settings. The role involves personal care, mobility support, and community activities, with rolling rotas and flexible hours.

Salary: £13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 p.a. pro-rata) plus £14.12 night premium; permanent contracts and benefits such as holidays, PVG checks, pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Driving license and access to vehicle essential.
• Flexible, caring, and committed to person-centred support.
• Ready to make a genuine, positive difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Live independently in own homes or adapted settings.
• Access the community and participate in activities.
• Provide personal care and practical support including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework and laundry.
• Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
