Job summary

Targeted Provision seeks SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English, or Science coaching for disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities with flexible hours and CPD support.

The position is self-employed, with a focus on safeguarding and tailored, trauma-informed tutoring for children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs, supported by a community-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH in trauma-informed settings.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required or essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring with regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to tailor lessons for KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and create a safe learning environment.
