Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs. This role operates outside standard classrooms, offering creative, engaging learning experiences tailored to each student.

You will travel between sessions in community settings or homes, building trust through trauma-informed care and de-escalation strategies, while maintaining thorough records and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or complex needs.
• Proven understanding of trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and safeguarding.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1:1 and 2:1 sessions in community settings, homes, or online.
• Build trusted relationships based on trauma-informed care and emotional regulation.
• Monitor engagement, maintain case records, and report safeguarding details promptly.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and regional support teams to align on goals.
