Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 learning support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs in community settings. This role offers creative autonomy to design engaging, trauma-informed sessions outside traditional classrooms.

You’ll work independently with flexible patterns, traveling between sessions, with a supportive team backing you and opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting children/young people with SEN/SEMH/ASD/ADHD/complex needs.
• Trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and safeguarding experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 and 2:1 sessions in community settings, homes or online.
• Build trusted relationships using trauma-informed approaches.
• Monitor engagement, maintain case records, and report safeguarding details.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and external specialists to align goals.
