Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and complex needs in community settings, homes, or online. This role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and the chance to tailor learning to each learner in a non-traditional setting.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or complex needs.
• Proven understanding of trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and safeguarding.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle and business insurance.
• Commit to a minimum of 3 days per week during daytime hours for consistency.
• Right to work in the UK and experience supporting academics.
• Enjoys outdoors and active environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalised 1:1 and 2:1 sessions in community settings, homes, or online.
• Establish trusting relationships grounded in trauma-informed care and emotional regulation.
• Monitor engagement, maintain records, complete risk assessments, and report safeguarding details.
• Collaborate with families, carers, regional teams and external specialists to align on goals.
