Job summary

Desian Education is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 SEMH provision at a Winsford primary school. You will work alongside the class teacher to nurture pupils with SEMH needs and trauma, delivering trauma-informed practice and targeted support.

This full-time temporary role offers competitive pay, access to training, and ongoing guidance from an experienced education consultant. Immediate start is preferred, with possible start after Christmas for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEMH needs and trauma-informed practices.
• Ability to work with teachers and other teaching assistants.
• Ability to support during breaks and with external professionals.
