Job summary

Hightown is seeking a Scheme Manager for Stokebury House in Amersham. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) at a 12-flat supported living scheme delivering 24-hour support to residents with mental health illnesses.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe housing, and foster an inclusive, person-centred culture while working 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence is essential to fulfil duties.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed approach across service delivery.
• Recruitment and induction of staff.
• Oversee service rota with weekend coverage when required.
• Strong IT skills.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work weekends/bank holidays.
• Lead with inclusion and person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support.
• Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing.
• Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.
