We are looking for a Scheme Manager to lead our White Lion Road supported living service, where six adults with learning disabilities live independently in their own self-contained flats. The people we support include individuals with autism and behaviours that may challenge, so this is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is confident, compassionate and committed to person-centred support.
At Hightown, we believe everyone should have a home and the support they need to live fulfilled, independent lives. As Scheme Manager, you will play a vital role in making this a reality, leading a dedicated team and creating an environment where people feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered in line with best practice and regulatory standards. You will lead, motivate and develop your team, while also working closely with families, professionals and the wider community to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
You will oversee support planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, health and safety, and staff performance, while ensuring the service remains flexible and responsive to individual needs.
A DBS check and registration with the Update Service will be required for this role.
