Job summary

Bleep 360 Group is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for Children’s Services in the UK. The role offers hourly pay of £13.50 to £14.00, plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

You’ll work across homes with a trauma-informed, PACE-based approach, supporting young people aged 7–17 to feel safe and hopeful. The position involves flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a varied rota (24‑hour shifts).
