Job summary

Bleep 360 Group is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for Children’s Services in the United Kingdom. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing home environment for children aged 7–17, offering consistent support and building trust-based relationships.

You’ll provide emotional development support, help with routines and community involvement, and work within a safeguarding-focused, reflective team. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts).

• Being a positive, grounding influence for young people.
• Building meaningful relationships based on trust.
• Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement.
• Championing safeguarding and positive practice.
• Working as part of a supportive, reflective team.
