Job summary

Bleep 360 Group in Enfield is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for Children’s Services. You will help make a house feel like a home, providing safe, nurturing care to young people aged 7–17, including sleep-ins.

The role offers £13.50–£14.00 per hour DOE, with a £50 sleep-in bonus, and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays. You’ll work as part of a reflective team, with opportunities for progression and funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Being a positive, grounding influence for young people.
• Building meaningful relationships based on trust.
• Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement.
• Championing safeguarding and positive practice.
• Working as part of a supportive, reflective team.
