You will deliver therapeutic care, support planning, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment 24/7. The role includes long shifts with sleepovers and requires compassion and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a residential children’s home.
• Committed to safeguarding and child protection.
• Willing to complete training in crisis intervention.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Eligible for PVG membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to children and young people.
• Attend planning and review meetings and participate in keyperson system.
• Ensure accurate recording of information.
• Work shifts including sleepovers and weekends.
• Carry out health and safety and safeguarding duties.
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development.
