Job summary

LinkLiving is seeking a Self Help Coach for remote delivery to support tenants with mild to moderate mental health issues. You will provide one-to-one coaching, identify goals, and conduct up to nine sessions via online platform or phone.

The role is 30 hours per week, fixed term for 13 months (maternity cover), with occasional travel to training or meetings. Training and supervision are provided in a trauma-informed team.

Qualifications

• SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of self-help techniques and/or CBT approaches.
• Experience supporting vulnerable people with empathy and involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one self-help coaching to individuals.
• Identify self-help goals and deliver up to nine sessions remotely or by phone.
• Build positive, respectful relationships using a person-centred approach.
