Job summary

LinkLiving in Scotland seeks a Self Help Coach - Remote Delivery to support tenants with mild to moderate mental health challenges. You will deliver up to nine self-help coaching sessions remotely or by phone, helping clients set achievable goals and track progress.

The role is fixed term for 13 months (maternity cover) at 30 hours per week with a pattern to be agreed, Tuesday included. Occasional travel to offices may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum SCQF Level 7 or equivalent experience in self-help techniques or CBT.
• Understanding of issues affecting people who are excluded and marginalised.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one self-help coaching to clients.
• Deliver up to nine sessions remotely or by phone.
• Identify self-help goals and support clients to achieve them.
