Job summary

Social Interest Group in Luton is seeking a Night Support Mentor (FTC) to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to women facing complex needs. You will manage a caseload, conduct welfare checks, and promote engagement with services and activities within and beyond the residence.

The role requires empathy, flexibility, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. This fixed-term contract offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with complex backgrounds and needs
• Ability to show empathy and compassion to residents
• Understanding of domestic abuse and barriers faced by women
• Willingness to adapt to IT systems and learn new software
