Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner in Swindon to work with a team of mental health professionals. The post focuses on brief, wellbeing-focused, psychologically informed interventions for clients with CPTSD and Complex Emotional Needs.

You will work alongside senior therapists to co-facilitate trauma-focused psychoeducational groups and DBT-informed skills groups, support the MDT with assessments and personalised treatment plans, and contribute to service

Responsibilities

• Deliver brief, wellbeing-focused, psychologically informed interventions tailored to CPTSD and Complex Emotional Needs.
• Co-facilitate trauma-focused psychoeducational groups and DBT-informed skills groups with senior therapists.
• Support MDT with assessments and creating personalised treatment plans.
• Collaborate to ensure holistic care and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Contribute to service development and participate in CPD and other developmental activities.
