Job summary

You’ll work within the Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service bridging primary and secondary care. The role offers development in complex emotional needs, collaborative MDT work and opportunities to contribute to training

Qualifications

• MHWP Training Course completed or registered as Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner.
• Training in CBT related interventions.
• Training related to Complex Emotional Needs / cPTSD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-being focused brief interventions to individuals with CPTSD and other complex emotional difficulties.
• Co-facilitate trauma informed psychoeducational groups with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support MDT with assessments and personalised treatment plans.
• Collaborate to ensure holistic care and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in CPD and service development activities.
