Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 3 full-time Band 4 Senior Support Workers for the Enhanced MHIST Function. You will deliver compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex emotional needs and help them engage with services.

Traveling across the CWP patch will be required to meet pathway needs, with potential move to a 7-day model. You will work in a MDT setting, building trusting relationships, supporting crisis handling and contributing to

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or related support role.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with individuals in crisis or with complex emotional needs.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to a small caseload.
• Work with MDT colleagues and follow clinical guidance.
• Promote non-stigmatising, recovery-focused approaches for personality disorders and complex needs.
