Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting three full-time Band 4 Senior Support Workers to join the Enhanced MHIST Function. You will deliver relational, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex emotional needs, helping them feel safe and engaged, with some travel across the CWP patch.

• Experience in mental health or related support roles.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with people in distress.
