Job summary

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 4 full-time Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners to join the new Enhanced MHIST Function, supporting people who may attract a diagnosis of personality disorder, are not yet ready for therapy, and who frequently present in crisis.

You will be part of a psychologically informed, relationally centred pathway for individuals with complex emotional needs, with a small caseload and travel across the CWP patch to support the pathway.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments with formulation-led care.
• Deliver trauma-informed, relationally centred support.
• Develop stabilisation plans to prioritise emotional safety.
