Job summary

• Must hold a Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
• Experience of working with Older adults with mental health needs would be an advantage.

• Manage a capped caseload and promote independence and wellbeing.
• Comply with relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
