Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners to join Adult Community Mental Health Teams across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Bolton and Wigan.
You’ll deliver recovery-focused, trauma-informed care to adults with serious mental health difficulties, carry out assessments and contribute to formulation, deliver interventions and manage caseload while working in a multidisciplinary team.
Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner / Greater Manchester / £39,959 - £48,117 Per Annum Pro Rata

Working within an Adult Community Mental Health Team, you’ll provide high-quality, recovery-focused and trauma-informed care to adults experiencing serious mental health difficulties.
There will also be opportunities to gain experience across different areas of the pathway. Depending on service needs, you may initially focus on assessment and formulation, ongoing treatment, care coordination, complex case management or assertive outreach – giving you the chance to broaden your skills and experience.
You will need full registration for the area you work, eg Nurse NMC PIN, Social Work, Social Work England reg.
