Job summary

Staying Put in Bradford is seeking a part-time Mental Health Intervention Facilitator to join the Hope & Light team. The role focuses on supporting individuals from diverse communities who have experienced domestic abuse and mental health challenges, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible interventions.

The role combines group-work delivery with opportunities to be creative in how support is offered, including planning community events and building partnerships across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse and/or mental health challenges.
• Trauma-informed approach with group-work delivery experience.
• Strong advocacy, partnership-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver culturally responsive mental health interventions.
• Plan and attend community events and build local partnerships.
• Deliver group-work programs and staff training or community initiatives.
