Job summary

The Bridge Project in Bradford RESET is seeking a compassionate MARAC Navigator to support victims of domestic abuse, focusing on those at repeated high risk who may not yet engage with services. You will manage a small caseload, build trusting relationships, assist with safety planning, and coordinate with the Police DA&SV team and partner agencies to safeguard clients.

Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent is required; experience in trauma-informed practice or motivational interviewing

Qualifications

• Experience in trauma-informed approaches is welcomed.
• Experience in domestic abuse work is essential.
• Demonstrated motivation and commitment to clients and interagency working.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of victims referred through MARAC.
• Build trusting, person-centred relationships and support safety planning.
• Maintain accurate records and produce high-quality reports for partners.
