Job summary

The Bridge Project is seeking a MARAC Navigator to support victims referred via MARAC in Bradford. You will build trusting, person-centered relationships, identify barriers to safety, and connect individuals with appropriate services, while coordinating with police and partner agencies.

Applicants should have trauma-informed practice experience, a background in domestic abuse work, and a Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse work or related field is essential.
• Experience supporting people with multiple needs or disadvantage is beneficial.
• Qualified to Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small caseload of victims referred through MARAC, providing intensive, practical and relational support.
• Maintain accurate records and produce high-quality reports.
• Work closely with Police DA&SV team and partner agencies; use supervision and reflective practice to work safely.
• Engage with interagency safeguarding and coordinated safety planning.
