Penumbra is seeking a proactive Link Worker based in Glasgow to support survivors contacting the Redress Support Service. You will provide short-term support and help connect individuals to a tailored menu of services.

This full-time, permanent role aligns with the In-Care Survivor Alliance's trauma-informed, person-centred care ethos. We welcome applicants with UK right-to-work status and are committed to inclusive recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide short-term support to individuals who contact or are referred to the service.
• Arrange supports from a predefined menu of options when needs exceed initial conversations.
