Job summary

Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd in Greater Manchester is seeking a Domestic Abuse Complex Needs Specialist to join a brand-new dispersed safe accommodation service. This 40-hour-per-week role offers a £30,500 salary with a permanent or temp-to-perm contract and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or vulnerable people with complex needs.
• Knowledge of coercive control, trauma and safeguarding.
• Experience of risk assessment, safety planning and casework.
• Strong engagement, advocacy and multi-agency working skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing DASH, risk and needs assessments
• Developing personalised safety and support plans
• Providing practical and emotional one-to-one support
• Managing safeguarding concerns and high-risk cases
• Supporting clients with housing, benefits and move-on planning
• Working closely with MARAC and other partner agencies
