Job summary

BRC Jobs is seeking an experienced Domestic Violence Supported Housing Manager to lead a dispersed safe accommodation service in Manchester. You will provide visible leadership, oversee safeguarding, risk management and complex casework, and drive person-centred, trauma-informed support for survivors and their children where applicable.

The role requires managing a specialist team, developing partnerships with statutory and voluntary sectors, and ensuring safe, affordable move-on to stable

Qualifications

• Experience leading specialist teams in supported housing or domestic abuse services.
• Strong understanding of DASH risk assessments and MARAC processes.
• Proven safeguarding knowledge for adults and children across multi-agency settings.
• Experience developing trauma-informed, survivor-centred services.
• Experience with contract management, KPIs and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialist team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed housing support.
• Oversee complex casework, safeguarding and MARAC, ensuring safe, person-centred outcomes.
• Manage referrals, allocations, occupancy, and performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Develop strong partnerships with local authorities, police, health and housing partners.
• Ensure risk assessments, safety and move-on planning are thorough and timely.
