Job summary

Social Interest Group (SIG) in Brighton and Hove is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based support for participants with complex needs. The role involves travel between locations, line management, and ensuring high standards across service delivery.

• Experience leading a team delivering support services in community settings.
• Ability to drive and travel between community sites as required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners and participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff delivering ECCS services in the community.
• Oversee assessments, quality checks, and contract compliance.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership with a focus on KPI delivery.
• Support Service Manager in monitoring and development of services.
• Manage risk, audits, admin and related duties.
