Job summary

Social Interest Group in Brighton and Hove is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering outreach support to participants experiencing mental health issues, homelessness, addiction, and related challenges. You will oversee assessments, line management and contract compliance while working with partners to promote tenancy sustainment and independent living.

Based mainly in the community with some home working and central office days in Islington, the role involves regular travel between

• Experience leading teams delivering community outreach services.
• Ability to ensure contract and regulatory compliance and service delivery.
• Strong collaboration with partners to support tenancy sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for leading staff and participants, performing assessments and quality checks.
• Line management and leadership across the employee lifecycle, promoting staff wellbeing and development.
• Support Service Manager in day-to-day operation and service improvements.
• Ensure contract and regulatory compliance is completed and monitored.
• Oversee risk management processes and internal auditing as required.
