Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting Family Help Workers to join the Future4Me Team, delivering evidence-based interventions to children and families in a trauma-informed way. Two vacancies exist: 1 full-time post in North Kesteven and 1 part-time (30 hours) in South Kesteven, with travel, some evenings and weekends, and no Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake family assessments, develop plans and deliver needs lead packages of support.
• Ability to act as a Lead Professional for a family where appropriate with responsibility for day-to-day implementation and coordination of the family plan.
• Ability to engage effectively with families, build relationships and develop accurate assessments and plans.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and develop plans to support children and families.
• Deliver and co-ordinate interventions in a trauma-informed way.
