Paragon Social Care is seeking a Children’s Support Worker in County Durham to provide practical and emotional support to children and young people in residential settings. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week.

DBS checks will be completed. Role involves trauma-informed care, building trust, helping with routines, education and life skills, and coordinating with social workers and families to safeguard and support outcomes for the

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle for work.
• Available to work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week.
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting children or young people (paid or voluntary).
