Paragon Social Care is seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker to help children and young people in County Durham. You will provide practical and emotional support, promote safety and independence, and work with social workers and families to ensure positive outcomes.

The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for progression within a compassionate care team.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle for work.
• Available to work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week.
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical and emotional support to children and young people in residential homes and community-based settings.
• Be a positive role model, promoting safety, independence and life skills.
• Build professional relationships with children, families and professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes.
