Job summary

Paragon Social Care is seeking a Childrens Support Worker in County Durham. You will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within residential homes and community-based support packages.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are offered to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle for work.
• Available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
