Job summary

• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in a children’s home setting preferred.
• Over 21 years old to meet industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to care plans and risk assessments.
• Form relationships with young people, families, and external agencies.
• Keep the home clean and follow the rota; involve young people where appropriate.
• Maintain high-quality records with supervision and guidance from management.
• Uphold professional residential care standards per Esland and Ofsted.
• Support educational and social development via Individual Education Plans.
