The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children's Residential Care Worker to join a dedicated residential team at Tiger Hall, Meopham. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a trauma-informed environment, with a 365-day service and rotating shifts including sleep nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of residential care to children in a trauma-informed setting.
• Support therapeutic activities and participation in recreation tailored to each child.
• Work across 365 days with long shifts and sleep-night duties.
