Job summary

SWAAY is seeking an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a 4-bed home in Bracknell, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for vulnerable young people. The role combines strong leadership with trauma-informed care and a focus on safeguarding, Ofsted standards and staff development.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, care plans and risk assessments while coaching a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, child-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in residential care settings.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the 4-bed home, including staffing, rotas, budgets and resources.
• Develop, implement and review care plans and risk assessments.
