Job summary

The Bridge Project in Bradford delivers the Bradford Temporary Accommodation Service, seeking a Housing Support Coordinator to empower women facing homelessness and adversity. Based across Bradford and Keighley, you will provide person-centred housing support while balancing safeguarding, housing management, and collaboration with partners.

This role requires a driving licence with vehicle access and an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred housing support to women experiencing homelessness.
• Flexible shift patterns including evenings/weekends/public holidays.
• Full driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance.
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing guidance to residents in temporary accommodation to support independence and stability.
• Collaborate with partners to safeguard and promote wellbeing for service users.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual circumstances.
