Job summary

The Bridge Project is recruiting a Housing Support Coordinator in Bradford. You will work across Bradford and Keighley to support women in temporary accommodation, helping them address housing issues and access services to rebuild their lives.

Join a trauma-informed, flexible team. The role requires a driving licence, DBS check, and a rotating shift pattern including evenings/weekends to ensure continuous provision.

Qualifications

• Driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance for the role.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Flexible with a rolling rota including early shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred housing support to women in temporary accommodation and experiencing homelessness.
• Address housing issues, navigate services and support independence.
• Safeguarding interventions and housing management assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with partners to promote wellbeing and social inclusion.
