Action for Children in Gateshead is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a trauma-informed residential service for children and young people. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, rights-based home and provide strong leadership to a dedicated staff team.

You will coordinate personalised care with families and multi-agency partners, upholding safeguarding standards and driving continuous improvement for positive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading and managing a staff team to deliver positive outcomes for children.
• Experience supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma or adverse experiences.
• Strong understanding of residential childcare practice, safeguarding, and regulation.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multi-agency partners to coordinate support.
