Oxford Health is recruiting a part-time Senior Support Worker to join the Complex Trauma Pathway within Keynsham CAMHS. You will support clinicians, facilitate psychoeducation, and assist in data collection for ROMs and audits across BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire.

The role requires NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites with a valid driving licence. Experience in CAMHS or NHS mental health is desirable.

• Ability to work independently within a structured supervision framework.

Responsabilités

• Support CAMHS staff in delivering trauma-informed interventions and psychoeducational work.
• Assist in ROMs collection, data analysis and clinical audit to inform pathway development.
