Job summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking an analytics leader to drive data-driven improvements in trauma services across South, Mid and West Wales. You will analyse NMTR and SAIL data, develop dashboards and reports, and translate insights into operational and strategic actions in collaboration with clinical and managerial colleagues.

• Strong analytical, data warehousing and SQL skills.
• Experience leading analytics and BI projects in healthcare is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports and actionable insights to support service planning and decision-making.
• Lead analytics activities for quality improvement, service evaluation and research.
• Analyse complex trauma datasets from NMTR and SAIL Databank and translate findings for operational teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and academic colleagues to drive performance improvements.
