Job summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board in Swansea is recruiting for a senior practitioner role that combines advanced clinical practice, staff leadership and service improvement within the Neurodevelopmental Service. The post holder will contribute to ASD/ADHD pathways, support timely, safe and person-centred care, and lead multi-disciplinary governance and supervision.

Welsh language skills are desirable; you will influence service redesign, use data and audits to drive quality and workforce

Qualifications

• Extensive post-registration clinical experience in advanced practice.
• Evidence of performing at Advanced Level of Practice.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Welsh Speaker (Level 1) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, autonomous clinical practice within the Neurodevelopmental Service.
• Lead and support MDT through professional supervision and line management.
• Drive service improvement through pathway redesign and data-driven quality measures.
• Represent the service in education, local authority, CAMHS and partner forums.
