Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Service Lead to drive the delivery of our Therapy Services across Neuroscience and Major Trauma. You will work with Therapy Leads to expand and develop services and to foster a culture of continuous improvement within a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Therapy Services alongside Therapy Lead colleagues.
• Ensure all staff operate within agreed standards and competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior therapy leadership to provide cohesive and efficient services.
• Implement innovative delivery models with key stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings regarding service delivery and professional support.
• Provide regular supervision to clinical lead therapists.
• Ensure compliance with local and national standards and governance.
• Identify strategic professional and operational issues.
• Use change management skills to re-structure work as needed.
• Support learning and development opportunities for therapists and therapy assistants.
