  • Generate reports and analyse operational data using Excel and other business systems to support performance tracking and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across transportation, warehouse, customer service, and compliance teams to improve processes, maintain service levels, and achieve operational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications, with the ability to manage data accurately and generate reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple priorities, documentation requirements, and shipment deadlines.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and contribute positively as part of a team.
