Job summary

Culina Logistics in Market Drayton is seeking a hands-on Driver Debriefer to join our Culina Logistics Team during 4 on 4 off night shifts (18:30-06:30). You will debrief drivers, check timesheets and PODs, and manage documentation in our system, printing notes and organising deliveries in drop sequence.

You will also prepare delivery wallets, handle despatch paperwork, answer inquiries, and keep spreadsheets updated with run summaries and ETA communications to Customer Services.

Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking timesheets and PODs for completeness.
• Scanning and storing PODs in the document system.

• Answering telephone inquiries.
• Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs.
• Communicating ETAs to Customer Services.
• Updating spreadsheets (run summaries, etc.).
• Departing loads using TMS and despatching uplifts.

Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a hands on Driver Debriefer to join our Culina Logistics Team.

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off Nights with Start/finish times 18:30-06:30

Key Accountabilities:

• Correctly debriefing drivers
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
• Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
• Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS)
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads
