Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Berichterstattung über Fahrerdaten und Gesundheits- und Sicherheitskonformität.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join us at our Brooklands Depot.

The purpose of the Transport Supervisor is to support the Transport and Compliance Managers on shift and assist in the operational running of the transport site. You will work closely with our driver teams to ensure timely dispatch, conduct effective driver briefs and debriefs, and support safety and legal compliance management.

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements among all workers
• Briefing and debriefing drivers to ensure understanding and action on instructions for their runs
• Reviewing driver daily check sheets, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, defects are addressed, and incidents reported
• Ensuring all new drivers (FTE, Agency) are licensed checked, assessed, and inducted before their first shift
• Downloading information from digital tachographs at shift start and end
• Managing vehicle maintenance and service schedules, including VOR to ensure vehicles are fit for the road
• Undertaking H&S tasks such as yard walks and vehicle checks

What skills and qualifications are required?

• Experience in collating reports on driver information, including Digi tachographs and health & safety compliance
• Experience in route optimization and problem-solving as a Transport Shift Supervisor
• Familiarity with TMS systems such as Isotrak, Tachomaster, Ortec, or equivalent
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
