Job summary

NWF Group, Boughey Distribution, is seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations, plan routes and schedules, and ensure compliance with driver hours and vehicle safety. You will lead driver briefings and coordinate with warehouse and customer service to maintain efficient deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transport operations and fleet management.
• Understanding of driver hours regulations and transport compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of route planning and fleet optimisation software would be advantageous.
• CPC qualification or working knowledge of Operator Licence requirements would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and transport management systems.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an organised and proactive Transport Supervisor to oversee the daily transport operations of our fleet and drivers. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of transport activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and transport regulations., legal and financial support, Free Refreshments, Free Secure On-Site Parking! Day to Day

• Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations.
• Manage driver schedules, routes, and vehicle allocations.
• Monitor transport performance and ensure delivery targets are met.
