• Pre and debrief all drivers
• Ensure transport tasks are completed per client procedures
• Supervise the transport operation
• Communicate vehicle progress with other depots
• Complete licence checks
• Monitor driver infringements
• Control and update daily plan
• Conduct spot checks on vehicles for safety compliance

Job description

Interaction are seeking a Transport Supervisor to work for a client based out of Normanton.

Hours: Monday to Friday (1300-2200) flexibility is required.

Pay: £36k per annum

Job role

• Pre and debrief all drivers
• Ensure all transport tasks are completed in accordance with the clients' processes and procedures
• Supervise the transport operation
• Communicate with other depots and ensure they are updated on the progress or any issues with the vehicles.
• Complete licence checks
• Ensure all drivers download their digi cards and that infringements are monitored and dealt with.
• Control and update the daily plan
• Conduct spot checks on vehicles to ensure safety checks have been completed and are accurate
