Job summary

GXO is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for the Swindon site (B&Q). You will lead a shift of team leaders, clerks and drivers, directing operations to deliver a high-quality service.

The role is full-time on-site, with an 14:00–22:00 shift, on an any-5-from-7 basis. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, resolving issues, and ensuring legal compliance while supporting training and development through GXO University.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, fast-paced transport environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues and escalate to Transport Manager.
• Analyse reports against KPIs and take actions to improve results.
• Able to lead transport teams through growth and change.
